SHOW N SHINE ON BERNARD 2026 — CANCELLED
Show N Shine on Bernard, scheduled for Saturday, August 15, 2026, has been cancelled due to the ongoing wildfire smoke conditions in the Okanagan.
The health and safety of our attendees, participants, volunteers, staff, and community are our priority. Given the current air quality and smoke conditions, we have made the difficult decision to cancel this year’s event.
We know how much the community looks forward to Show N Shine on Bernard each summer, and we sincerely thank all of the vehicle owners, sponsors, partners, Downtown businesses, and attendees who planned to be part of this year’s event.

We are pleased to announce that Show N Shine on Bernard, presented by Indigo Park will return to Downtown Kelowna on Saturday, August 15, 2026 from 11am-4pm.
Show N Shine on Bernard is a free, family-friendly event for auto enthusiasts of all ages. Classic cars, hot rods, and genuine collectibles are available for viewing along Bernard Avenue. Visitors to Show N Shine will be able to view the vehicles, meet & greet each of the owners, and cast their vote for the most popular set of wheels to help us determine the winner of the “People’s Choice Award”.
People’s Choice Award — HOW TO VOTE
Each car at Show N Shine on Bernard will have a “dash card” that features a QR Code and the owner’s name, vehicle year, make & model. Follow these steps to vote:
- Scan the QR Code
- When on the “People’s Choice Award” Voting Page, fill in the required information
- Submit your vote
If you are not technologically inclined, there will be physical ballots available at the DKA Info Tent outside 313 Bernard Ave (corner of Water & Bernard).
One vote per person; multiple votes will be disqualified. Your vote enters you to win a prize pack from Downtown Kelowna.
Contest information will be available on the voting page; the voting period/contest period is on Saturday, August 15, 2026 from 11am to 4pm.

This free, family-friendly event brought auto enthusiasts of all ages together to enjoy a spectacular lineup of classic cars, hot rods, and rare collectibles along Bernard Avenue. Guests had the chance to admire the vehicles, meet the owners, and cast their votes for the People’s Choice Award.
