The Downtown Kelowna Association Board of Directors is voted annually by the membership and serve a two year term. Any property owner, leasee, or tenant located of a Class 5 or 6 property within the Downtown BIA boundary is eligible for nomination and election.

Board Elections are held every year in June.

Time & Location: TBA

Nominations open in March and will be available at that time.

  • Be a Non-Residential Property Owner or Tenant, Business Owner or Employee within the Downtown Kelowna Association boundary
  • Serve for a two (2) year term
  • Attend monthly meetings from 5pm – 7pm
  • Have an active interest in Downtown Kelowna

The AGM or Annual General Meeting is held every year in June.
