Night Market Season Wrap-Up
The Downtown Kelowna Thursday Night Market has now finished for the summer. It was a huge success! Thank you to all our wonderful vendors, the public who came out in big numbers, and every performer at each market.
We’ll see everyone again next summer!
About THE DOWNTOWN KELOWNA Thursday NIGHT MARKET
The Downtown Kelowna Thursday Night Market is a weekly Spring/Summer event that is held on Thursday evenings from 4:30pm – 9:30pm between May and September on the 200 & 300 Blocks of Bernard Avenue.
The Night Market hosts a mix of Downtown Kelowna businesses accompanied by artisans, crafters, local food producers, and community-based entertainment.

Cultural community groups

VENDOR APPLICATIONS
Vendor applications are closed for the 2026 season. If you would like to be considered for next year, please check back next year.
STEP BY STEP HOW TO CREATE A VENDOR PROFILE
- Follow the link below to the Downtown Kelowna Market Vendor Portal
- Create an account
- Begin your application by clicking on “Select your Preferred Market Dates”
- Once back on the homepage click on “Edit my Application”.
- Review & Agree to Terms & Conditions
- Complete your vendor profile information
- Upload product photos & descriptions
- Application Complete!
All applications will be reviewed and a request for final registration documents and payment will be sent via email should you be successful. Likewise, we will inform you should your application be denied.
Note that completion of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the Thursday Night Market. All applicants must meet specified criteria and are subject to the Terms & Conditions.

The Night Market is filling up! The following market dates are now full:

- July 4
- July 25
- August 15
- August 22
There is limited availability for:
- July 18
- August 8
- August 29
We are no longer able accepting applications from Mobile Food & Beverage Vendors or producers of Beer, Wine & Spirits.
