We’re blessed the Okanagan to have a large number of independent growers, vintners and crafts people who excel at what they do. Many of our suppliers have been with us for years. Their philosophy and passion for food dovetails with our: grow, or produce, local fare of the highest quality. At RauDZ we are leaders in the use of organic, sustainable and naturally raised ingredients and concentrate on pure, simple flavours with a fun presentation.
Our 100% British Columbia wine list showcases wineries from all over the valley, from Osoyoos in the South to Kamloops in the North. We are proud to offer a wide range of grape varietals, highlighting examples not only from the icon wineries of our valley, but also from the small boutique family run ones too.
The culinary team is led by award winning Chef Rod Butters and Chef de Cuisine Chris Braun.
