The Ponderosa Fibre Arts Guild was established in 1973 to offer a focus for spinners and weavers of the Okanagan to exchange information and ideas and to promote excellence in spinning and weaving.
Since then, the Guild has expanded to include all forms of fibre arts. The Guild’s mandate is to share our vast knowledge and to educate our members and the public in the appreciation of these traditional skills.
The Ponderosa Fibre Arts Guild is committed to creating a safe and welcoming space for every artist. We hold a commitment to the principles of equity, diversity and inclusion and look for ways to enhance these goals.
