November 23, 2020: Ebus is pleased to announce that we’re opening a new location in downtown Kelowna on December 1, 2020. Since officially launching our service in BC on October 31, 2018, we’ve been operating a customer service desk at the Kelowna International Airport (YLW) and a curbside pick-up in West Kelowna. In our continued efforts to improve our services, we’ve simultaneously been trying to find a suitable location in the heart of the city. We’re now thrilled to be opening a new office that will be fully staffed, open daily from 8:00 am to 7:30 pm, and conveniently located at 516 Lawrence Avenue. This additional location on our routes will be invaluable to those who are currently using our service for essential travel, and for those in the future who will once again be travelling when Government and Health Authorities deem it safe to do so.
