Thank you to everyone who joined us for Kickoff to Summer on Bernard and helped us celebrate the start of the 2026 Meet Me on Bernard season!
The event brought the community together on Bernard Avenue for a day of local events, festivals, family-friendly activities, entertainment, and a first look at what Downtown Kelowna had in store for the summer.
Guests had the opportunity to connect with local event organizers, discover upcoming summer experiences, enjoy activities for the whole family, and grab a free hotdog or veggie dog while taking in the atmosphere Downtown.
We’re firing up the grill and inviting the community to come together over a classic summer staple.

Celebrating Summer in Downtown Kelowna
Kickoff to Summer brought together events and festivals happening throughout Kelowna, giving visitors a chance to explore booths, learn more about the season ahead, enter giveaways, and discover new ways to experience Downtown.
