The Downtown Kelowna Clean Team works hard to keep Downtown looking great and provides education to members on garbage and recycling initiatives. You can see the Clean Team in their blue shirts around the Downtown core. A cleaner Downtown is a better place to do business!
The Downtown Clean Team program has full-time employees responsible for helping to maintain a clean and safe Downtown community. Their duties include power washing, garbage removal, snow removal, poster & flyer removal, graffiti removal, sidewalk and alley cleaning, parkade and public spaces cleaning and educating DKA members about garbage and recycling initiatives. You’ll see our Clean Team members out on the sidewalks, walkways, alleys, and in parking lots year-round, 7 days a week, shining up the streets in their blue shirts.
