The first bracket of BC’s newest drag competition hits the Lounge. The first half is authentic queer art: contestants perform numbers that show you exactly who they are as drag artists. The second half turns into a series of lip sync battles to Kylie Minogue’s best of the 2000s.
Ginger Snapp, Star Cross, Cat Astrophe and Sapphic Lullaby are vying for the spot, and only one advances to the finals in March. Pick a favourite early — you’ll be following them until spring.
